Our guarantee

If we miss the number we put in writing, our work is free.

We time your team doing the workflow by hand, agree in writing how much faster it will run, then time it again with the system. If the stopwatch says we missed, you get our fee back and keep the system.

How it's measured

Four steps, and the stopwatch decides.

  1. We time your team by hand

We sit with your team and clock [N] runs of the workflow, done the way they do it today. No prep, no tidying up for our benefit.

You watch every timing we record.

  2. We agree the number in writing

From the baseline, we agree how much faster the workflow will run with your AI delivery system, as a percentage. It goes into your contract before any work starts.

    On average, it's 50%.

  3. We time it again with the system

Your team runs test work through the system while we time it the same way: the same workflow, similar work, done by the same person or someone in the same role.

You see both numbers side by side.

  4. The first result is final

If the timed result meets the number, we've kept our promise. If it falls short, we refund our fee. No re-runs, and no arguing over the stopwatch.

The Before-You-Hire Guarantee

Most promises about AI come without a number. Ours comes in writing.

You've probably received a billion cold emails from people saying they can save you 15 hours a week. None of them came with a guarantee.

We'd rather be held to a number. We time the workflow before we start, agree the speed-up with you in writing, and let the stopwatch decide.

If we don't hit that number, you don't pay for our work.

Illustrative Slack message from Vai S. to Jon, committing to making the workflow 63% faster with the AI delivery system or the work is free, and offering to include the commitment in the contract.

The terms

What the guarantee covers, in plain English.

  1. What counts as a miss

Any result below the written number. If we promised 50% faster and the stopwatch says 49%, we missed.

  2. What "free" means

We refund every fee you've paid EfficiaLabs for that AI delivery system.

A full refund of our fee.

  3. What isn't covered

Hosting and AI-model usage. The system runs on your own server and accounts, so those bills come from the providers, not from us, and we can't refund them.

  4. You keep the system

Hit or miss, the system stays with you.

You keep the system, even if we miss the number.

  5. What we ask of you

Run the timed test on work like the baseline, using the system the way we show you. We agree the test work with you before the stopwatch starts, so nobody is surprised by the result.

  6. It's in your contract

The number, how we measure it and these terms are written into your contract before any work starts.

Book a discovery call first. Show us the workflow your team spends the most time on, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can put a number on it. If we can't, you'll hear that too.
