How it works

From one discovery call to a system your team uses every day.

We time your workflow by hand, put in writing how much faster it will run, and look after the system for 90 days after it goes live.

Step by step

Seven steps, from the first call to a system that's yours.

Your team's part is small: one call, a timed run of work they already do, and a test. Most systems go live in 1–2 weeks.

Before we start

  1. Discovery call

    You show us the workflow

On the discovery call, tell us which workflow you'd like to hand to AI, then show us how your team does it today. That's your homework done.

An honest answer on whether an AI delivery system can take it off your team's plate. If it can't, you'll hear that too.

  2. Stopwatch baseline

    We time it by hand

We sit with your team and clock [N] runs of the workflow, done the way they do it today. No prep, no tidying up for our benefit.

A baseline you watched us record. Every later number is measured against it.

  3. Written target

We put the number in writing

From the baseline, we agree how much faster the workflow will run with your AI delivery system, and put that number in writing before any work starts. On average, it's 50%.

The Before-You-Hire Guarantee: if we miss the number, our work is free.

Getting it live

  1. Timed test

    Your team tries the MVP

Your team runs test work through the MVP while we time it again, the same way we timed the baseline.

Both numbers side by side: by hand, and with the system.

  2. Go-live

We make it ready for client work

Once we hit the target, we add security, reliability and stability to the system, make it cost-efficient and record walkthrough videos, so your team knows how to use it.

A system your team uses on real client work, and videos they can rewatch.

Illustrative deployment readiness comparison: an MVP fails six of ten security and operational checks, while the deployable version passes all ten, including access controls, encryption, audit logging, backups and monitoring.

After it goes live

  1. First 90 days

    We stay in hyper-care mode

For 90 days we check the error logs every day, so most problems are fixed before anyone on your team messages us.

The "it's not working" pings come to us, not you.

  2. Day 91 onwards

    You choose what happens next

Keep us on retainer, or take the walkthrough videos and run it yourselves.

Either way, the system is yours, and your data stays on your own server.

The Before-You-Hire Guarantee

We put in writing how much faster your workflow will run. If we miss that number, our work is free.

You've probably received a billion cold emails from people saying they can save you 15 hours a week. None of them came with a guarantee.

Here's what we do differently: we time it before we start. We sit with your team and clock the workflow by hand. Then we agree, in writing, how much faster it will be with our AI delivery system.

If we don't hit that number, you don't pay for our work.

Your part

Four things we need from your team.

  1. One discovery call

Show us the workflow and how your team does it today. That's your homework done.

  2. Access to the tools the work moves through

After the call, send us [logins and a few past examples], so the system works inside the tools your team already uses.

  3. Someone to do the workflow while we time it

[N] runs, done exactly the way your team does it now. No prep needed.

  4. A senior team member for the test

They run test work through the MVP while we time it again, so you see both numbers.

    Everything else is on us.

Next step

Won a client? Don't post the job yet.

Book a discovery call first. Show us the workflow your team spends the most time on, and we'll tell you honestly whether an AI delivery system can take it off their plate. If it can't, you'll hear that too.
